"Sinds 2015 woon ik op Ameland. In Tiel heb ik circa 9 jaar schildercursussen gevolgd op het Kunstzinnig vormingscentrum “De Plantage” in Tiel. In 2024 heb ik op de Kunst Academie Leeuwarden twee cursussen gevolgd; “Varia in Acryl” met als onderwerp toonwaarde, compositie en kleurgebruik. En “Eindeloos Acryl”. In 2025 ga ik nog een vervolg cursus “Eindeloos Acryl” op de Kunst Academie Leeuwarden doen. Mijn stijl van schilderen is te omschrijven als los en ongedwongen, een figuratief experiment zoals ik het zelf omschrijf charmant ongeregeld."
